Enjoy a fun, all-level vinyasa flow set to retro music.  Nostalgic vibes, steady breath & feel-good yoga.  This practice blends mindful movement with a lightened atmosphere that keeps things both grounding and energizing.
Following the practice, join us for a conversation focused on supporting and empowering your practice.  Special attention on tools and strategies to help you optimize your experience in any yoga class.

Groove, ground, and gather new techniques that support your practice beyond the mat.



Vinyasa Express

Mondays 4:30 pm @ Pranamoon Yoga

An hour of practice that harmonizes breath and movement through fluid transitions. This all-level class invites you to explore pranayama, flowing sequences, and practices that nurture balance, flexibility, and strength while encouraging inner serenity.

Our YTT offers a broad-spectrum approach to yoga, including vinyasa, gentle, restorative, and mindfulness practices. Through the study and exploration of asana, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, physiology, history, philosophy, teaching methodology, and ethics, trainees are encouraged to uncover their own insights, cult

~in-person, in-studio program, is paired with a transformative weekend immersion to bring your learning and teaching fully to life ~

The Heart of Our Program

  • Self-Awakening: Designed to deepen your personal growth.

  • Knowledge: Gain deep knowledge of history and philosophy, anatomy, the subtle body, pranayama, meditation, and asana. 

  • Teaching Skills: Become a confident, skillful, and compassionate yoga teacher.

  • Community and Support: Join a supportive, inclusive space for learning and connecting while receiving mentored support.

Winter Solstice Yoga

On the longest night, join a candlelit practice honoring winter's inward energy and the return of light.

Through gentle postures, pranayama, and meditation, create space to ground yourself, listen inwardly, and tend the inner flame. Set your intention and move with awareness to align with winter’s rhythm of stillness and renewal.

The Gathering Place at Edith Macy Center-
A divine spot in the woods with beautiful open spaces, (ac if we need), large shaded decks and outdoor spaces. We will have this lovely place to ourselves as well as fields, and trails to explore.

HIKE & YOGA!

Take this brief flat hike on an easy trail enjoying nature and then a scenic yoga practice. An all-level Vinyasa practice with ways to dial it down for Gentle Yogi's and up for Energetic Yogis. Lots of trails available for yogis who want to explore after yoga. Further details will be emailed upon registration.

Spring is in the air and Breathe and Restore will help you transition and open to the idea of RENEWAL!  Essential tools to breathe and find inner peace within.  Learn new ways to breathe for improving health and calming the mind. Practice restorative yoga to bring you into balance during this time of year.  Take time to restore your being for good health and well being this Spring season

Postures and the use of props create an inviting practice accessible and adaptable for all, helping to relieve tension and stress.  This intentional relaxation and meditative practice help to open the body, improve sleep and overall health.
