Join this immersive workshop for an in-depth, experiential session to elevate your yoga practice. This is an opportunity to explore the meaning, origin, and alignment of yoga poses and transitions. This lab aims to enhance and deepen your practice through a combination of empowering knowledge and embodied experience. You will have the chance to fine-tune your alignment and expand the benefits of your practice into the subtle body.

SUNDAY OUTDOOR YOGA IN THE PAVILION
Reclaim your practice and your Vibrancy! This active vinyasa (flow) class will use the breath and sequenced flowing postures that will increase vitality while also offering peaceful methods to open the body. Cultivate a mindful practice that helps to build endurance, grow stronger, increase flexibility and balance. Social distancing and safe protocols followed.

A divine spot in the woods with beautiful open spaces, (ac if we need), large shaded decks and outdoor spaces. We will have this lovely place to ourselves as well as fields, and trails to explore.

Take this brief flat hike on an easy trail enjoying nature and then a scenic yoga practice. An all-level Vinyasa practice with ways to dial it down for Gentle Yogi's and up for Energetic Yogis. Lots of trails available for yogis who want to explore after yoga. Further details will be emailed upon registration.
